Furnished Accommodation

Furnished Accommodation is accommodation where you stay in a fully furnished apartment or townhouse. This type of accommodation is ideal for people moving house, relocating or on a business trip.

When you are relocating you will need to find a place to stay. Staying in a hotel is fine for a couple of days, however you do not have the privacy you want. With furnished accommodation you will have your own privacy without compromising quality.

An important consideration is security. The ideal places is to stay in a security village or complex. This gives you peace of mind when looking for a place to stay.

When on a business trip, especially longer trips, it makes sense to stay in self catering accommodation. It works out a lot less when compared to a hotel or B&B. Also, you will be able to share a place in some cases making it even more affordable. When you have project team, who needs privacy to work on a project, or working long hours, they will need privacy and a place to work from. Self catering accommodation provides this type of accommodation. The ideal world all wrapped into one.

In some cases you can save R30 000 per month on your accommodation bill. This is a big saving for any company! Do not wait, consider furnished accommodation for your next project.
